I view mental health through a whole-body lens. The mind and body are deeply connected, which means real progress happens when we address both—not just symptoms. My goal isn't to evaluate you from afar or hand down a diagnosis. I’m here to build a real, supportive partnership that gives you the tools and confidence to lead your own growth.

Like the clients I work with, I actively work to maintain clear boundaries, personal balance, and continuous growth in my own life. I don't claim to be the expert on your lived experience—you are. My job is to help you recognize your own insight and trust your ability to make meaningful decisions for yourself.

I value being straightforward, warm, and authentic. I keep my practice grounded in compassionate connection and intentional, practical living. We all need a stable, secure foundation to build on, and I aim to offer a therapeutic space that provides exactly that.

My path to establishing my practice in Nebraska was shaped by years of training and living across Kansas, Oklahoma, and Alabama. Today, I balance my practice with raising my two young sons alongside my husband.
